Important

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PacePlan website (https://paceplan.ai) and the purchase of digital products offered through it. By using our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. ABOUT PACEPLAN

PacePlan is an AI-powered software platform operated by Connecting the Dots Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in South Korea. Our software automatically generates personalized marathon training plans and race strategy reports in PDF format ("Digital Products").

2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PacePlan offers a single Digital Product: an AI-generated, personalized running report (PDF) that includes:

  • A customized marathon training plan (12-16 weeks) tailored to your fitness level
  • Race day strategy with personalized pacing, nutrition, and mental preparation guidance
  • Professionally formatted PDF delivered to your email through our automated AI optimization process

This is a one-time purchase. No subscription or recurring charges apply.

In addition to our paid Digital Product, PacePlan offers free online running calculators ("Free Tools") at no cost:

  • VO2Max Calculator
  • Race Equivalency Calculator
  • Training Pace Calculator
  • Heart Rate Zone Calculator
  • Split Calculator
  • Fueling Calculator

Free Tools require no account, no payment, and no personal data. Results are calculated in real-time and are not stored.

3. HOW IT WORKS

(a) You complete the running profile form on our website.

(b) Our software automatically generates your personalized report using AI analysis.

(c) Our AI system automatically optimizes and finalizes the generated report.

(d) The final PDF is delivered to your registered email address. If you provided a phone number, you will also receive a notification via SMS or WhatsApp when your report is ready.

Delivery typically occurs within 24 hours of purchase. If delivery is delayed beyond 24 hours, we will notify you of the expected timeline.

4. PAYMENT

All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means:

  • LemonSqueezy is the legal seller of the product.
  • LemonSqueezy handles payment processing, sales tax collection, and PCI compliance.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • All prices are displayed in USD. Sales tax is calculated and collected automatically by LemonSqueezy based on your location.

By completing a purchase, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Buyer Terms.

5. REFUND POLICY

PacePlan reports are personalized Digital Products (PDF) generated specifically for each customer.

(a) Before report delivery (report not yet delivered):
Full refund available upon request.

(b) After report delivery (PDF sent to your email):
30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your report, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Eligible reasons include, but are not limited to:

  • General dissatisfaction with the report content or quality.
  • The report contains significant errors or does not match the information you provided.
  • The report is substantially different from the sample report shown on our website (paceplan.ai/sample-report).
  • Technical issues prevented you from accessing the PDF.

(c) Non-refundable cases:

  • Dissatisfaction with actual training plan results or race outcomes (results depend on individual effort and compliance).

(d) How to request a refund:
Email support@paceplan.ai with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

(e) All refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy (Merchant of Record). Refund requests are also subject to LemonSqueezy's refund policies.

6. DIGITAL CONTENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • The product is a digital download/delivery (PDF) that is made available immediately upon completion of AI processing.
  • Once the PDF has been delivered to your email, your right of withdrawal is limited as described in Section 5.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content generated by our software, including training plans, race strategies, and report formatting, is protected by copyright. You may use your purchased report for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the report is prohibited.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

(a) PacePlan reports are generated by AI software and are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

(b) Reports do not constitute medical advice, professional coaching, or personal training guidance.

(c) You should consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or training program.

(d) We are not liable for any injury, health issue, or race performance outcome resulting from following the recommendations in your report.

(e) Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the Digital Product.

(f) Free Tools provide estimates based on established sports science formulas (e.g., Jack Daniels VDOT, Peter Riegel model, Karvonen method) and are intended for informational purposes only. Results may vary based on individual physiology, conditions, and other factors.

9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in the running profile form.
  • Use the report for personal purposes only.
  • Not distribute, reproduce, or resell the report.

10. PRIVACY

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to our data practices.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea.

For payment-related disputes, LemonSqueezy's dispute resolution process applies as per their Buyer Terms.
